Dear Colleague,

Welcome to the MCR Group, parent company of SAR Group. I would like to personally welcome you to the team and wish you every success in your new role. In order to complete your registration as an employee of the MCR/SAR Group, you will be required to read and fill out some forms contained within this document.

Instructions for Using This Handbook

Section 1: Registration Form

Section 1 is a registration form which your obliged to complete in full. The information requested within section 1 is necessary in order to complete your registration as an employee and ensure that we have all of the necessary details in order so that your wages are processed in a timely and accurate manner. You can complete this form electronically by clicking into each box and filling in your details.

Section 2: Security Requirements and Policies

Section 2 contains information on your employment requirements and policies specific to Security employment.  Please read through these requirements and also the specific policies and procedures relative to your job.  If you have any questions or queries relating to any of the information contained within this handbook, please call the office on 01-8899151.

Section 3: Terms of Employment and Employment Contact

Section 3 contains your term and conditions of employment including your employment contract.

Section 4: Getting Paid, Managing your Tax and Applying for Holidays

Section 4 contains information on how our payroll operates, how to ensure you are registered correctly for tax, who to contact if you have any queries relating to your employment etc.

Section 5: Policies and Procedures

Section 5 contains all of the MCR/SAR Group employee policies and procedures. Please read through these policies and procedures. In order to validate your registration with the MCR/SAR you will need to acknowledge you have read and understood all of these policies and procedures. You can do this by completing the form on page 62 of this document. Section 6: Confirmation and Acknowledgement

Section 6 contains a form to confirm you have read and understand all of the employment policies and procedures contained within this handbook. The information requested within section 6 is necessary in order to complete your registration as an employee. You can complete this form electronically but clicking into each box and filling in your details.
